Becoming a Care Assistant can be extremely rewarding for those who are natually caring, compassionate, hard working and reliable. A Rosie Nightingale's Carer makes people feel valued, is a good listener and really cares about doing things right.
Here are some things our carers say about working for Rosie Nightingale Homecare:-
"I love helping people and seeing them smile. It beings out the best in me"
" I had a whole other career before starting to work for Rosie Nightingales. But my kids had just left home and I suddenly had more time. I wanted to do something for me, to make me feel good about myself, doing something rewarding and be able to give back. It was a great move"
Whilst experienced carers are able to fast track some of the initial induction training and start sooner, we are always on the look out for those with the right personal qualities to make excellent carers. Full induction training, shadowing and close support will soon give you the confidence to be able to really make a difference to the quality of life of those you will support. All carers receive ongoing training along with oportunities for further specialist training including working towards a Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Over the years we have established an excellent reputation for our extremely high quality of care, which is due to our dedicated team of Home Care Workers.
